Coordinating Council

As a church in the congregational tradition, All Pilgrims’ leadership and direction comes from a strong partnership between the congregation and its pastor.

Congregational leadership centers on the officers and members of the Coordinating Council. Officers are elected each year by the congregation, which also votes on committee structure and chairs. Congregational leaders work with the pastor to shape our direction as a community of faith and provide day-to-day administration in cooperation with our staff.
