The Officers and Committee Chairs comprise the Coordinating Council.

Congregational leadership is an important aspect of life at All Pilgrims. Congregational leadership centers on the officers and members of the Coordinating Council. Officers are elected by the congregation. Congregational leaders work with the pastor to shape our direction as a community of faith and provide day-to-day administration in cooperation with our staff.
