Music Under the Stars

Free classical music in Volunteer Park! Wednesdays July 8th, 15th and 22nd from 7:15 to 9:30 PM

Grab a blanket, pack a picnic, and join the All Pilgrims community for an evening of great classical music in Volunteer Park…for free!
Each summer, the Seattle Chamber Music Society brings top musicians from around the world to perform at Benaroya Hall. The concerts are broadcast live by KING-FM radio, and streamed into various parks in Seattle, including Volunteer Park. It’s called Music Under the Stars, and it’s been one of Seattle’s best-loved summer traditions for over 20 years.

The Volunteer Park events take place at the Amphitheater, across from the Asian Art Museum. Each evening begins at 7:15 PM with a live musical performance by an outstanding student ensemble. At 8:00 PM, the evening continues with the live KING-FM broadcast, direct from Benaroya Hall.

It’s a very casual and sociable atmosphere, with people chatting, eating, and coming-and-going as they please. So join us in Volunteer Park for a wonderful evening of Music Under the Stars.
