Rosehedge Multifaith Works: Special Guests in Worship, July 1st

Rosehedge/Multifaith is an organization that has a history with All Pilgrims.  It is a wonderful non-profit in Seattle with the mission to serve vulnerable men and women living with HIV/AIDS by providing housing, compassionate health care and supportive services that enhance the quality of their lives.  In addition, they “unite communities of compassionate care and inclusive spirituality with people living in isolation and loneliness.”

All Pilgrims has partnered with and supported AIDS care teams with Rosehedge/Multifaith.  Many volunteers have noted how meaningful that was to us and those served.   Vince Larkin of our congregation and Council, has been the Chair of the Board for Rosehedge/Multifaith, and he continues as a devoted member of that Board.

Since 1983, Rosehedge/Multifaith has served thousands of people with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones.  Today, as things have changed, RM is changing, too.  They are adjusting their organization that they may continue to be as effective as ever.  THIS SUNDAY, Greg Miller, a former Jesuit Priest and current Housing Program Director, will speak to us in worship about RM and their work.  He will be accompanied by Elizabeth List, Development Director.
